Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We anticipate that Drive Beyond Horizons will remain in Early Access for approximately 1 year, depending on player feedback and the development process. We want to ensure that every major feature we plan to add is polished before moving to a full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of Drive Beyond Horizons will introduce major improvements and new features to enhance the overall experience. One of the biggest additions will be modding support with Steam Workshop, allowing players to create and share their own content, from vehicles to custom maps and gameplay modifications.

Additionally, the game’s codebase is being entirely rewritten to ensure better CPU optimization, improving performance across a wider range of hardware. We are also integrating Havok physics to provide a more realistic and responsive driving experience. As part of this effort, vehicles will be fully reworked, with enhanced physics and handling to deliver even more realism and immersion.

In terms of content, we plan to expand the world with new biomes, more diverse vehicles, an extended soundtrack, and additional scenarios. Our goal is to make Drive Beyond Horizons a deep and evolving game that continues to grow with player feedback and community-driven content.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version of Drive Beyond Horizons is fully playable and includes a solid foundation of gameplay mechanics, vehicle customization, and multiplayer features. Players can explore open environments, compete in challenges, and experience the core driving physics. However, some features are still in development, such as additional content, optimizations, and quality-of-life improvements. While the game is already enjoyable, we recognize that there is room for refinement and expansion.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually increase the price as we add more content and features. Early Access players will get the game at a lower price, as a way to thank them for their early support and feedback.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

We will actively listen to suggestions, fix reported issues, and conduct playtests to fine-tune gameplay mechanics.
