Varför Early Access?

“We’re launching Highreach in Early Access to give players the chance to be part of its development journey. The game already has a lot of content, but we want to make sure it meets the quality we and you expect before we add even more. Early Access gives us the opportunity to refine the gameplay, introduce new features, and ensure that the game lives up to the expectations of our community. We truly value player feedback, and your input will play a crucial role.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“We cannot say for certain, but with current extrapolated timings we estimate that it will be in Early Access for approximately 2 years. This gives us enough time to add additional content, polish the gameplay, and introduce new features before the full release.”

Hur är det tänkt att den fullständiga versionen ska skilja sig från versionen i Early Access?

“The full version will include more content and features. We plan to deliver the full storyline, additional chapters, new building tiers, new skills, and four to five unique biomes. Each biome will bring its own challenges, progression, story, enemies, and rewards. The progression system will also be expanded, along with other exciting features that we’ll be revealing over time.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“Currently the game includes two biomes, complete with associated content and story. Most of the core features are in place, and the game is already playable in single- and multiplayer. You can craft and find over 150 items (armor, weapons, food, etc.), discover over 80 unique points of interest, build more than 200 different structures, and rescue 5 companions with their own stories and 5 different assignable jobs. Additionally, there are 3 combat specializations available. We are continuously working to expand and refine these features until the full launch.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“At this time, we have no plans to change the price of Highreach when we leave Early Access.”

“We’re all about community input! The best way to share your feedback and ideas is through our Steam forums or our Discord. We’re excited to hear from you about gameplay, balance, features, and anything else on your mind as we continue to build Highreach together. We’ll be actively listening to your suggestions and feedback, especially on features we have planned but haven’t developed yet.”

Explore this forgotten realm, where survival meets strategy, engage in combat, crafting, and watch as your camp evolves into a thriving settlement. Along the way, you'll meet companions with unique stories, manage your growing community, and embark on personal quests that shape your journey. Are you ready to build, survive, and uncover the secrets of Highreach?

Build your own airship and traverse through a continent of forgotten floating islands. Expand and upgrade your airship with different tech. Make it your flying mobile base, and use it to explore the skies, together with your friends and with settlers.

Explore unique combat styles with varied active skills and spells. Specialize your character with shareable items, allowing you to use diverse combat styles and stay flexible in your approach. Progress is shared among your group.  Latecomers can simply equip your items, catch up instantly, and jump right into the action.

Rescue survivors of the shattered lands. Gradually expand your settlement into a thriving base. Your settlers will help with tasks like crafting, cooking, and gathering, making survival more manageable. Assign tasks to settlers, manage buildings, and expand your camp. Be sure to meet the needs of your settlers. Proper homes and the right jobs will keep them more than happy to help you on your journey.

Survivors you meet come with their own backstory and personal experiences here in Highreach. Bring them to your encampment and drive the narrative forward with their personal quests.

Dive into a visually captivating, procedurally generated world with diverse biomes connected. Build a network of connections with ziplines or portals for easier traversal. Each area offers new, unpredictable challenges and rewards, making every exploration unique with diverse points of interest.

Key Features

  • Co-op Play: Up to 5 players can join together, with dynamic difficulty scaling based on the group size.

  • Settlement Building: Construct and manage a customizable base with various structures and quality tiers. Use building blueprint placement to quickly deploy entire pre-designed buildings.

  • Settler Professions: Assign roles like woodcutter, miner, and cook to automate tasks and support the settlement. Customize individual settler tasks within each profession for optimized efficiency.

  • Airships: Use your mobile airship base to explore the world. Expand and improve it throughout your journey.

  • Combat System: Engage in melee, ranged, and magic combat with dodge, block, and various attack options. Use supportive magic to heal and assist your team in battle and specialize in different types of skills matching your preferred playstyle.

  • Narrative-Driven: Complete main and side quests that reveal settlers' personal stories. Chat with settlers to uncover more about their background and the game world.

  • Randomized Dungeons: Delve into procedurally generated dungeons filled with unique challenges and rewards.

  • Progression Through Exploration: Unlock crafting recipes, building structures, resources, quests, NPCs, and points of interest and new armor tiers by exploring the world and it's secrets.

  • Day/Night Cycle: Dynamic cycle affecting visibility, settler activity, and environmental dangers.

  • Dynamic Weather: Adapt to changing weather conditions that impact gameplay and survival needs.

  • Procedural World: Explore a procedurally generated world with diverse biomes, points of interest, and environmental challenges.

  • Resource Gatherers: Collect materials like wood, stone, and ore, with specialized settlers assisting in the process.

  • Crafting: Create tools, weapons, and equipment using gathered resources at crafting stations, with settlers expanding the crafting capabilities.

  • Survival: Manage hunger, thirst, health, stamina, and temperature to stay alive. Consuming food and drinks can provide buffs to health and stamina.
