You are a boy shielded from everything by your grandfather. Now he is gone and you have to decide if you dare to enter the big world.
Explore a world in decline. Fight the planet's elements. Hopefully make the whole world easier to explore and help the people that are left.
Unravel the mystery of the Red Goo and its effect on the world. Why did the Protectors disappear and is there a conspiracy or not?

Do your best to survive but remember, you have to live too. If some days you feel you don't want to challenge the elements and put your life at risk.
Go play arcade games in the bars in towns and collect capsules or take care of your strong willed animals and DAX.
