WAAAAAA!

It’s the scream that bursts out of you when you’ve overdone it with chili peppers, when you’re peacefully sitting on the toilet and… poof! All your friends suddenly disappear.
It’s your battle cry, your way of saying: “Here I am, world — I’m coming!”
And it’s also the title of this wild prehistoric pixel-art adventure — silent, surreal, and full of grunts.

Step into the loincloth of a caveman

Not the strongest, not the smartest… but definitely the most stubborn.
When your village mysteriously empties out, you decide to do what no one else dares: grab a club, pack some meat, and head into the unknown — with screams, smacks, and a good dose of confusion.

A primitive world (but not too primitive)

You’ll trek through forests, volcanoes, dark caves, and strange alien machines that really shouldn’t be there.
Every area hides a puzzle to solve in your own way: push, light up, break, press that suspicious button and… hope for the best.

An unknown enemy has set its sights on your world — and if you don’t stop it, no one will, mostly because everyone else has vanished!

Fight like a caveman

Combat is turn-based, but forget complicated tactics and strategies.
Here, you win with instinct, clubbing, and occasional well-timed retreats.
Each battle is a little primitive dance against goofy, caricatured creatures — from carnivorous plants to robot beetles.

A village to rebuild, a heart to share

Every companion you rescue increases your chances of survival.
Each one has a unique ability, useful for opening new paths, discovering secrets, and solving puzzles in the most unlikely ways.

Want to move giant boulders? You’ll need the strong guy.
Need to see in the dark? Ask the one with the glasses.
Want to understand what’s going on? Well…good luck with that.

No words. Just icons, gestures, and funny faces

In this world, no one speaks.
Communication happens through speech bubbles filled with symbols, emojis, and primal sounds.
A universal language — ironic, immediate, and a parody of how we imagine prehistory (and maybe how we communicate today).

Behind the grunts and club-swings lies a small story of discovery, community, and survival.
No dialogue, no explanations: just you, your scream, and a group of friends willing to follow you into absolute absurdity.

StrangeGuyGames is the codename for a solo Italian developer. This game is a "labor of love" programmed and directed entirely solo, but made possible thanks to the talent of two friends who created the pixel art and the soundtrack.
