What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We're a small indie game studio based in South Korea.
We learned that it's very important to get help from our community through early access.
'Memory Fragment' is a game about repairing that requires precise controls. We'd like to receive feedback on bugs or balancing issues, and make 'Memory Fragment' better with your help.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We're planning to close the early access after 1 year and then officially release it.
We're also planning to develop side stories where you become a repair shop owner and repair customers' items.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In current version of 'Memory Fragment' early access, you can play 6 stages of the early part of the story. In the official version, there will be 20+ stories. In the middle and final parts of the game, there will be different kinds of puzzles, repairs of harder difficulty, and beautiful stories.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“-You can experience repairing a total of 6 toys, including toy trains, plastic models, glasses, skateboards and more.
-You can use screwdrivers and wrenches to repair the items.
-Assemble, disassemble, and repair the items!
-Also, there are mini games you can enjoy such as playing a piano, riding a skateboard, doing puzzles and more.
-Last but not least, you can also collect stickers!”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price might increase when the official release gets new stories, content, and modes. Users who bought an early access version of the game will not have to pay extra. (Excluding DLC)”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“There are lots of repair and sim games that are similar to each other. We'd like to provide players with a fun experience by making a game with story and additional content, not merely a simple repair game. We'd love to hear your various opinions to help us make a unique game that is different from other repair games.”

About This Game

In 'Memory Fragment', "Roid," a small town repairman, starts a journey into the past as he opens an old polaroid album.
When he was little, he grew up with his grandfather, who ran an old repair shop. He learns how to repair things as he grows up.
He repairs various items that bring back memories of the past - from the toy train he had as a baby to the skateboard he rode with his friends, a game console he got as a birthday present from his grandfather, and mini blocks for a piano, which his childhood crush, Pola, used to play a lot.
As he repairs the items, polaroid pictures fill the album.

Features
■ Repair various items such as a game console, glasses, toys, skateboard, and many more.
■ Repair broken or destroyed items with tools such as a screwdriver, wrench, glue, etc.
■ This is a casual game where you fix things through simple puzzle mechanics, rather than complicated repairs.
■ When you finish repairing an item, there's a mini game to test the item you fixed.
■ Assemble the piano blocks to play the piano using the sheet music, and assemble the game console to play a retro game.
