In vibrant Kabukicho there is the expanding slum of Shinjuku Kowloon, which its peope call the district. The city is home to the poor, the outcast, and those exiled from society.

All-devouring Shinjuku Kowoon grows on the lives and desires of its people.

The dead of the district are buried by Torao Hiira. What could be the reasons behind his strange behaviour?
