Why Early Access?

“Dusty Derby is a large-scale battle royale party game where players strive to become the king of dust in any dust-filled spaces. Currently, we've implemented three areas of a home setting—living room, bathroom, and kitchen—but this is far from representing "dust-filled spaces." We believe we can improve this by incorporating feedback from a wide range of players.
During the early access period, we plan to enhance the game and introduce new stages based on player feedback. We also plan to add various costumes that match our cute characters.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The content and timeline may be subject to change depending on the feedback we gather. As we're designing spaces where dust might accumulate and creating character costumes, the development period could be extended. However, if we continue to update the game with additional elements after its launch, we estimate that the full release could be possible by around December 2025.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Currently, there are nine playable stages in the game, and costumes can be unlocked as players level up. In the full release, we plan to add more maps and costumes, as well as features like a shop and social functions such as friend lists.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“We’ve completed three game stages for each of the three home-themed locations, allowing players to enjoy a total of nine different stages. Since this is a large-scale party game, if we don’t have enough maps, players may get bored and leave. Therefore, our goal is to develop as many stages as possible.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The final price of the game may increase slightly depending on the amount of content added during the early access period.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“My goal is to create a fun party game that people can enjoy, which is why we need the community's feedback and suggestions. We plan to gather feedback via Steam, Reddit, Discord, and X.”
