Hell Galaxy has been developed together with its community since the very beginning. Early Access allowed us to gather continuous player feedback, validate gameplay mechanics, expand the game’s content, and continuously refine the overall experience on the road to the full release.

Throughout its Early Access journey, Hell Galaxy received regular updates, culminating in Version 0.9, released on 20 March 2026. This marked the most significant milestone of the entire Early Access period, introducing substantial new content, gameplay systems, quality-of-life improvements, and technical enhancements that laid the foundation for the final release.

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Hell Galaxy remained in Steam Early Access from 31 July 2025 to 31 July 2026.

During this period, we worked closely with our community to expand the game, refine its core gameplay, improve performance, and introduce new features, systems, and content through regular updates.

The turning point of this journey came with the release of Version 0.9 on 20 March 2026, our most significant Early Access milestone. This major update marked a substantial leap forward in content, gameplay depth, and overall quality, paving the way for the announcement and successful release of Version 1.0.

Thanks to the invaluable feedback and support of our community throughout Early Access, we were able to deliver the complete Hell Galaxy experience with Version 1.0.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Throughout Early Access, Hell Galaxy evolved into the complete experience we envisioned from the very beginning, thanks to continuous development and the invaluable feedback of our community.

Players experienced a steady stream of updates that expanded every aspect of the game, including:

* New explorable areas and missions
* New enemies, Alters, Raiders, and Colossi
* New weapons, Main Bodies, engines, and modules
* Deeper gameplay systems and progression mechanics
* Improved balancing, performance, and overall gameplay experience
* Numerous quality-of-life improvements driven by community feedback

Version 0.9, released on 20 March 2026, represented the most significant expansion of the entire Early Access period. It introduced substantial new content and gameplay improvements, bringing Hell Galaxy to a level of maturity that enabled the transition towards Version 1.0.

Version 1.0 marks the culmination of this journey, delivering the complete Hell Galaxy experience while laying the foundations for future post-launch updates and content.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Hell Galaxy is currently in an advanced stage of Early Access and already offers a substantial, feature-rich experience. Players can explore the available regions of the Galaxy of Neterun, complete main and side missions, face hostile creatures and rival Raiders, unlock space stations, gather resources, and customize their bio-ship with a wide range of weapons and modules.

Version 0.9, released on 20 March 2026, marked the most significant milestone in the game’s development to date. It substantially expanded Hell Galaxy’s content and systems while improving progression, quest flow, balancing, usability, performance, and overall polish.

Since its release, the 0.9 series has continued to evolve through additional quests, new module sets, Neural Fragments, quality-of-life improvements, and bug fixes, bringing the game ever closer to the complete Version 1.0 experience.

Hell Galaxy currently features English voice-over, with interface and subtitles available in English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, and Polish. Development is now focused on final refinements and the remaining content planned for the full release on 31 July 2026.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game launched on 31 July 2025 at an introductory Early Access price, giving our earliest supporters the opportunity to join the project at its lowest base price. As development progressed and the game expanded in scope, content, and overall quality, its price was adjusted in stages.

In March 2026, we offered the final promotion at the previous price before moving to the current Early Access price. A final price adjustment is planned for the launch of Version 1.0 on 31 July 2026, reflecting the complete experience delivered with the full release.

Players who purchase Hell Galaxy during Early Access will automatically receive Version 1.0 at no additional cost.”
