DSD will stay in Early Access until all the planned features have been added and all major bugs have been resolved. This is the 3rd Early Access title for OWS. Both of the previous games were in Early Access for less than 12 months.”

„Deep Space Directive is playable and with features primarily lmited by the tech tree being partially locked. Many if not all of the early bugs were addressed when the demo was released prior to Steam Next Fest in October 2024. Feedback from the demo continues to be implemented. Many quality of life improvements have been added and will continue to be added.”
