Wozu Early Access?

„We've been working on/off on a sequel to our Burger Shop series for quite some time. People have been asking us about the status of Burger Shop 3 for an equally long time, and at this point we really want to release an early version so that all of our diehard fans can finally start playing and give us feedback as the final version comes together!

If you choose to try out our Early Access version of Burger Shop 3 and notice any bugs or have any comments, please let us know.

Wie lange wird dieses Spiel ungefähr den Early Access-Status haben?

„Anybody who has been following Burger Shop 3 development knows that this project has been going on for quite some time. We really do hope to finish the game in the next year, but we can't promise that. We'll continue to add features and functionality (such as the story, achievements, helpers, upgrades, etc.), so players will get more and more of the game as it asymptotically approaches version 1.0.“

Wie soll sich die Vollversion von der Early Access-Version unterscheiden?

„Currently all the artwork in the game is prototype art. Many ancillary parts of the game are incomplete or absent.

Items we plan on adding to Burger Shop 3 before final release include:

-Tweaks and small changes to current game play
-Final Polish (graphics makeover, SFX, music, game and mode tweaks)
-Achievements
-Upgrade, helper, and power-up system
-Help System
-Localization to other languages
-Meta Game

What's the meta game, you ask? It's things like being able to unlock stages, pay off your library fine, or improve machine speeds and customer patience using coins you earn from playing the game. These aren't going to be in-app purchases. This simply will be a mechanic to reward you for your game play and give you an extra reason to improve your performance on levels.“

Was ist der derzeitige Stand der Early Access-Version?

„Most of the main gameplay, food, customers, powerups, and game modes are already implemented. The graphics, sound, and music are currently prototype or reused from Burger Shop 2, and we plan on replacing most of these assets. This version doesn't have the story, achievements, food descriptions, meta game, or localization. Also, the mix of customers on each level may change.“

Wird dieses Spiel während und nach Early Access unterschiedlich viel kosten?

„We plan that the price of the game will be higher when it exits Early Access and is released as 1.0.“

Wie werden Sie versuchen die Community in den Entwicklungsprozess miteinzubeziehen?

„We would love the community to provide feedback to help us shape things like achievements, game modes, meta game, etc. (It's still early in the development process. We only announced the game like 14 years ago so a lot of decisions are wide open! /s)“
