Miksi Early Access?

You can already become a formidable necromancer and create your sinister undead army in the current version of Be My Horde. However, we believe that Early Access is the ideal approach for our game. We don't create it for investors but for ourselves and fellow gamers. And so, EA allows us to thoroughly and efficiently polish (pun intended) Be My Horde and constantly provide new updates. Still, it also empowers players to provide direct feedback, giving the community real influence over the project.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

The game will be in Early Access for several months. We plan to release version 1.0 in Q4 2025.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The full version will undergo comprehensive polishing and feature additional content, including 3 levels with unique looks, enemies, available abilities, features, and bosses, as well as improved gameplay, user experience, and quality-of-life features.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The core loop and mechanics have already been implemented. Currently, the first level is available with its unique enemies. Plenty of abilities for Moriana. And part of the game's story.

The price will increase on the full launch, but we're not ready to share the exact number yet.

The primary reason for choosing Early Access is to involve the community and grant them significant influence over Be My Horde. We encourage players to share their feedback on the Steam forum and the official Be My Horde Discord server. Every idea and suggestion will be taken into consideration. Our aim is not only to make this game FOR the players but also to create it collaboratively WITH the players.

Be My Horde is a survivor roguelite with a twist. Here, you don’t fight… your undead army fights for you! As Moriana the necromancess, who above all desires to dominate the world, raises every fallen enemy to become your faithful zombie servants. There’s no limit — flood the screen with hundreds of minions and leave no living thing behind. You are the evil one here!

DEATH IS JUST THE BEGINNING

Harvest souls to unlock devastating powers. Gain perks during runs to boost your abilities, or upgrade your Dominion — your base of operations — for permanent enhancements by raising evil structures. Discover deeper secrets of necromancy and even unlock new, terrifying ways to raise your horde. There’s more than one way to drown the world in blood.

DOMINATE THEM ALL

Travel across diverse realms, each with unique visuals, enemies, mechanics, and bosses. Shatter the latter's strength by absorbing their servants, and then face them directly in brutal final battles.

The hand-drawn 2D art blends gore and charm in equal measure — admire levels with various random weather conditions and plenty of details. Interact with the environment by pushing enemies into meteors, triggering volcanic eruptions, or corrupting trees. No corner of the world is safe from you.

SPEND TIME WITH MORIANA

Watch how Moriana breaks the fourth wall and interacts with you between crusades. She’s magnetic, cruel, and completely unhinged — and she has more power over you than you think.
