About This Game

Puropu Defense Squad is a co-op action-tower-defence game where you defend your precious extractor against Earth's wacky hordes of troops. Using dozens of traps, turrets, items and your hero’s abilities. Play solo or with friends in a challenging, infinitely replayable co-op campaign, and compete against other players in an unique versus mode. Puropu Defense Squad offers a unique mix of strategic tower defense and hero-based action gameplay.

Distinctive features

Cross-platform Co-op Action-Tower Defense: From 1 to 4 players, on consoles and PC, you control a powerful hero, capable of killing some enemies on his own, but cannot win without a clever use of defenses. Together, you will have to think about the best placement of traps, barricades and turrets to maximize defenses’ effects and stop enemy troops from reaching the extractor.

Infinitely replayable: When players finish unlocking the entirety of the content: maps, defenses, heroes, items and secrets, they can replay every map in harder modes and also participate in PvP online battles in solo or co-op.

Campaign Mode (Solo + Co-op): Embark on a challenging campaign and discover numerous maps that will push your players' strategic abilities and adaptability to their limits.

PvP Battles: Engage in competitive player-versus-player matches, ranging from intense 1v1 duels to exhilarating 3v3 showdowns. In this mode, teams can use powerful spells to change the course of the game.

Unique universe: Have you ever seen a sentient TNT box firing on ninjas? Well it happens on a daily-basis in Puropu! You play as the forefront fighters of Puropu in a war against the Earth. The leaders of Earth send their wacky troops to try to stop you: corpo-dudes, cyber zombies, sumo fighters, loud rubber chicken and bubble-gum blowers just to name a few.

Progression:

• Character Items: As the game progresses, players acquire items to add new capabilities to their character, allowing for customization of playstyles. Some items will boost only the hero, while others will only boost the defenses, some could boost the hero and debuff the defenses, possibilities are numerous.
  
• Character XP: When killing enemies, XP orbs are dropped. Player collects orbs to level up the character. When leveling up, a character earns 3 stats points, and 1 talent point.
  
• New characters: By completing challenges in the different modes, players unlock new playable characters and secrets.
  
• New content: When a player finishes a map, the next map in the journey is unlocked. Depending on the score, new modes of the finished map are unlocked, offering a harder challenge than the normal mode.
  
• Elite mode: 1 life, 10 elite waves
  
• Heroic mode: 1 life, 1 mega wave
  
• Infinite mode: The objective is survive as long as possible and get to the top of the online leaderboards
