“本作是开罗游戏2023年推出的一款像素风模拟经营游戏，主打从零开始建设城市岛屿。因为有着一个岛那么大的可建设范围，所以本作在延续开罗前几部优秀制作的模拟经营部分时也引入了炒股这一新的机制。在本作中宏观可决定城市发展的方向，建造各种各样的店铺，各种各样奇怪的设施。微观可看到居民的一生：他们的房屋，他们的恋爱，结婚，他们的工作甚至他们老去。总的来说，我认为本作可以说是开罗游戏中的上乘之作。”
