“都说开罗在模拟经营这一块有独到的见解，今日游玩果然名不虚传，毫不夸张的说，在像素风格模拟经营游戏行列，开罗敢说第二，真没有人敢说第一。游戏中，玩家将扮演一位市长，在一座孤岛中白手起家，建造出一座万人瞩目的浪漫都市。游戏主要玩法采用开罗游戏一贯的玩法形式，虽然已经熟知了游戏的大致套路，但还是忍不住去游玩，因为玩法非常休闲上头，一旦开始就停不下来了。”
