“玩法上相当丰富的城市经营类开罗游戏，说其是迷你城市天际线也不为过。宏观上，在市政厅的主导下我们可以建设各类生活、商业、城建以及旅游设施，甚至能搞股票。而在微观上，大到居民的住处、工作和婚姻，小到其出行的载具都设计了相应的机制。本作建筑之间的协同效应提示明确，拆建自由，对玩家相当友好。而动态的天气系统也为游玩时带来了不同的视觉感受，算是近期一众开罗游戏中的佼佼者了。”
