PAIN: Below Sanity's Graphic Overhaul has arrived!



Featuring brand new additions and improvements:

GRAPHICS
  • New sprites, effects and artworks
  • Better gameplay-feedback with unique animations (e.g. power-downs)

GAMEPLAY
  • Stalker-Enemy has been buffed and reworked, now working reversed (speedrun instead of waiting)
  • All-new Level Selection Menu (Now open-world exploration instead of button-based selection)

STORY
  • Cutscene context rewritten and improved
  • Brand new cutscene added!
