Why Early Access?

“Launching the game on Early Access allows us to directly engage with players and make adjustments based on their feedback. The core game is already tested and playable on PC, with joystick support available on most new smartphones. In the upcoming period, we intend to further refine the game and introduce additional features and content. Community involvement during development ensures that the implemented content and features align with players' preferences. Our goal, with a free version of the game, is to cultivate a dedicated community actively involved in shaping ongoing development.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect the game to be in Early Access for around 2-4 months, allowing us the time to polish the game and, hopefully, introduce new features.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The plan is that after the Early Access period, we will have an enjoyable game package that we can release for free. The goal for this version is to include three race tracks, support for up to 30 participants simultaneously, compatibility with using smartphones as controllers (at least for most newer phones), and one or two game modes. During the development period, there might also be some experimentation with a few game modes and features that may be reserved for both paid and free DLCs in the future.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game in its current state has 3 racetracks, support for up to 30 players, joystick support on most new smartphones, up to 9 AI players, and one game mode.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The plan is to release a free version, and in the future release free as well as paid DLC that will expand the game.”

Event Race is your ultimate local multiplayer racing game, capable of accommodating up to 30 players simultaneously. Inspired by classic arcade games, we've crafted this tribut to the genre. Our goal is to expand the game with a plethora of game modes and mechanics that will enhance the gaming experience, adding new layers of fun. We have plenty of ideas in store, but we want you to join us on this journey.

With a free version of the game, we aim to build a dedicated community that can actively participate in shaping the ongoing development. We plan to introduce both paid and free downloadable content (DLC). Jump in and be a part of creating a thrilling racing experience.
