“By getting feedback on new features/quests/events/ships/etc. I hope to deliver a better game to everyone. Their feedback will directly affect how the game is balanced.

The road map for full release includes testing the possibility of multiplayer.

During the development process there will be a discord server available for anyone to join. test events for new features will be posted here as well as regular updates on how the development process is going.

I don't want to oversell this feature so it's not in the main description but I will be running tests that Early Access players will be able to try out.”

The Highlights

Defeat Navy ships for special upgrades
Fight a Kraken
Discover Pirate's cove, a hub of scum and villainy
Quests allow you to take on profitable missions
Raid other pirates to uncover their hidden pirate stash

Looking for more to do than chase after random merchant vessels or dispatch the occasional wayward Navy ship? Then you need Quests! Take on a fleet of merchants to liberate them of their cargo, face the local Navy and make the local area safe for your fellow pirates or perhaps for a more exotic quest, you could take on the Kraken!

Do you find that your ship just isn't fast enough or tough enough to take on those big old Navy ships? Then you need upgrades! Head on over to the Pirates Cove for the very best in ship upgades. The shipwright there can provide you with bigger and tougher hulls, weapons and other fun items to help you plunder the high seas.

The Road Map

Chapter 1. The initial release into early access. This is where it all begins. The Pirates Cove point of interest is ready. Quests are available. Upgrades and New ships can be obtained.

Chapter 2. The Eastern Update. This update brings Eastern ships, cargo and technology, more points of interest to explore and profitable trade routes to take advantage of and plunder

Chapter 3. The Battle Update. This update overhauls the battle system to optimize how the game plays against a variety of foes and upgrade's their AI to better defend themselves.

Chapter 4. The Trade Update. Perhaps you grow weary of the constant struggle of hunting down merchant vessels in order to liberate them of their cargo. Instead, make good use of your plundered gold to run a profitable merchant operation where you buy exotic commodities and sell them for a profit. If you can get them to their destination of course.

Chapter 5. The Polish Update. This update focuses on both visual and audio improvements. More music, better special effects. Quality of life enhancements to the UI and game play. If all goes well, this should be the final release before exiting Early Access.
