Why Early Access?

“We are launching Concubine on Steam Early Access to involve players in the game’s continued development and to build a long-term community that will shape the final vision. Early Access allows us to ship a playable, content-rich build now with deep character & companion customization, core combat, exploration and base systems already implemented and then iterate quickly with feedback from players. Our goal is to co-develop with an engaged community: bug reports, balance feedback, feature suggestions, and prioritized playtests will directly influence development decisions and the game’s roadmap.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We estimate Concubine will remain in Early Access until our main release at Q1 2026. During that time we plan to deliver multiple updates (new companion types, expanded skill trees, additional endgame content), monthly balance and bug-fix patches, and periodic feature milestones described in a public roadmap. Please note this is an estimate Early Access duration depends on community feedback and the scope of features we add and we will update our roadmap and timelines transparently as development progresses.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full release of Concubine will expand and polish the foundations players see in Early Access. Planned differences include:

More random instances and better spawn logic

Expanded companion systems, deeper unique skill trees, advanced AI behaviors and more daily/idle interactions in the Harem base.

Additional progression and endgame content new gear tiers, raid-style encounters, and long-term progression systems.

Quality-of-life, accessibility and performance work polish to controls, UI, localization coverage, and optimizations across hardware.

Optional extra features (subject to community interest and feasibility): mod support, additional costume/asset packs, and community-requested gameplay modes.

Skill tree, seduce mechanic, buyback window, fatness slider, recruiting bosses as companion etc.

We will not promise exact features or release dates here; instead we will keep a public roadmap and clearly mark which features are confirmed, which are planned, and which are community proposals.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access build of Concubine is playable and content-rich. Key systems already implemented and testable by players include:

Full character creator with dozens of face and body sliders, skin rendering, make-up, tattoos and visual customization (height, weight, breast/butt sliders, facial geometry, etc.).

Companion recruitment & customization; rescueable companions, customizable outfits, gear and skill trees. Up to 3 companions can accompany the player.

Core combat systems with multiple weapon types (swords, daggers, maces, bows), enemy classes, and a growing set of boss encounters.

Exploration & world traversal open map travel to monumental locations, random instances, and treasure/loot loops.

Harem base building and decoration buy furniture, expand rooms, and interact with NPC routines.

Inventory, loot progression and basic balancing players can level and equip

Active bug tracker & known issues list we maintain a public list of current issues and patches, and we publish weekly patch notes and developer updates.

What’s not finished / known limitations in Early Access: some platform-specific optimizations and accessibility features are pending. We list these open items on our roadmap and will prioritize them based on player feedback and playtest results.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to keep the main price stable between Early Access and the full release. Early Access purchasers will keep access to all updates and the final release without being charged again. There is a small possibility of localized pricing adjustments due to regional store policies, taxes, or currency fluctuations; however, we do not plan to change the base price at launch or as the product moves to full release. Any pricing changes (if required for specific regions) will be communicated well in advance through our store page and community channels.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will involve the community across multiple channels and with concrete, recurring programs:

Public roadmap & milestone updates: a visible roadmap on Steam and our site that tracks confirmed features, planned items and community requests. Major milestones will be tied to playable public builds.

Regular devlogs & patch notes: bi-weekly developer updates and weekly patch notes during major update windows to explain changes and rationale. (We already run developer update cadences and will continue them.)

Discord & Steam forums for feedback: dedicated channels for bug reports, balance discussion, feature requests and playtest signups. We will run structured feedback threads (e.g. “balance week”, “boss feedback week”) so community input is focused and actionable.

Playtests and surveys: opt-in playtests with guided tasks and post-session surveys to quantify player experience and prioritize fixes. Selected community members will be invited to closed playtests for major systems.

Public bug tracker & voting: transparent issue tracker and a voting mechanism so players can highlight what impacts their experience most.

Streamer & influencer preview programs: curated preview builds for press and creators to generate constructive feedback and broaden the playtest base.

Community-led design sessions: occasional workshops (Discord/AMA) where the team demos prototypes and takes live feedback.

Accessibility & content options: we will gather player input on optional content toggles (e.g. nudity toggles, censorship preferences, comfort settings) and implement settings that respect player preferences.

We will incorporate feedback into our sprint planning and roadmap, publish results of community-driven decisions, and credit contributors where appropriate. This work will follow Steam’s guidelines for transparent communication with Early Access audiences.”

Create & customize a concubine and up to three female companions with deep face & body details, or choose a companion from an arsenal of supernatural entities to fight side by side with your concubine party. Explore your way through monumental points of interest of medieval Istanbul & fight intense battles with hordes of a secret cult, lead by evil monster bosses of ancient Anatolian mythology.

Concubine contains optional natural full nudity, relatively endless levels of character & companion customization, a vast collection of armor, weaponry & costumes to build the concubine party of your dreams.

The detailed character customization includes dozens of body & face sliders such as height, weight, muscle mass, breast and butt size & shape, waist width, skin complexion, eye, nose,, mouth, lip, jaw size and depth and more, including makeups, tattoos, scars.

The hyper realistic skin rendering will allow you to see your concubines in extreme detail and you can change the look of your concubines anytime, giving you endless possibilities of creating the concubine party of your dreams.


Build your base & decorate it

Decorate your Harem room, expand base with additional rooms, cellars, dungeons, hamams. Purchase furniture, paint, art & accessories and rent attractive, customizable maids to create the perfect base for your concubines. Beds, couches, tubs & different types of palace furniture will let you create perfect bases in Grand Palace & other historical locations.


Challenging & Fast Paced Combat

The combat will be challenging. Starting from street thugs of medieval Istanbul to end level bosses of dark crypts below the city, you will battle different classes of enemies with unique skills, abilities & strategies. The more enemies you fight, the more random skills you can learn from them, letting you to build your concubine & companions with unique skill trees. Swords, daggers, maces, bows & spells are your weapons choices, as well as special weapons like whips.


Explore the World - Freely

Use your map to travel to monumental buildings, palaces, temples & underground crypts of Istanbul. Unlock new areas by following the epic story line, or fight in random instances to equip your concubine & copanions. The treasures of medieval Istanbul will gift you with virtually endless armor, weapons, costumes, accessories & skills to loot.


Rescues and Equip Companions

As you travel & fight your way, you will meet beautiful, skilled companions to rescue & add to your party. Customize your new companions, gear & costume them up, build their skill trees & teach them new spells & strategies. Your companions will also live in your Harem base, and you can see them in their daily routines -sleeping, bathing, entertaining- when you are not outside adventuring.
