Miksi Early Access?

Because we want Kromlech to be the best game it can possibly be! We believe working directly with our community is the best way to succeed with that. Early Access is a way for us to receive valuable feedback that ensures the quality of the game is up to par, as well as to collaborate with our players on steering the game in the correct direction.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

The game will stay in Early Access until all the content and features are implemented. We are hoping to be in Early Access for approximately 12 months.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The core gameplay of the game is planned to remain pretty much the same. With Early Access, our goal is to expand the game and implement advanced mechanics. With the full version, we also want to add more languages and a better optimisation of the game.

The current Early Access version includes all the core gameplay mechanics described in the "About This Game" section.

No definitive plans here yet, but it is likely that the price will increase as we add content during Early Access.

Welcome to the world of iron and blood, warrior!

Kromlech is a single player action-adventure game blending RPG, immersive sim, and rogue-lite. A love letter to the immersive RPGs of the early 2000s featuring modern design ideas and QoL features, while still keeping things distinctly old-school. Step into a mythical world of ancient past where steel is still young, sorcery treacherous, and the truth can only be found at the edge of a blade.

Inspired by the cultures of the European Iron Age, predominantly the Celts, as well as the greatest works of the Sword & Sorcery genre, Kromlech seeks to deliver darker and grittier kind of heroic fantasy. One where heroes are defined not by their moral virtue, but by the impact of their actions on the world.

Play as Cronach, a lone adventurer living through the world’s last days. Make good use of the time you have left and you may discover what is going on—and maybe even learn how to stop it, so that you can enjoy your hard-earned coin.

Choose Your Path

There are many ways to customize your build and style of play. Inscribe your equipment with words of power, drink mystical brews, cover your body with warpaint, refine your feats of battle, sacrifice to the gods, and reach mastery through practice and dedication.

Crush Your Enemies

Combat system offers many ways to deal with your enemies. Exploit their weaknesses with precise strikes or rip their armor to shreds. Pummel them with brute force or skillfully weave through the fray. Let the heat of battle consume you and show them the meaning of fear.

Become a Legend

Grow more powerful by overcoming challenges and gaining renown. Perform heroic deeds, defeat perilous foes, and embark on epic quests. Your triumphs shall earn you new epithets—heroic names of great power. But beware, for fame is a sword that cuts both ways.
