It has been informed to us that your PCR test has returned POSITIVE.
To comply the NON POSITIVE POLICY announced by our BIG BROTHER, you are advised to leave for QUARANTINE ZONE #UNASSIGNED. You have #UNASSIGNED hours to prepare your stay at the quarantine zone. After the deadline, you will be escorted to the quarantine zone assigned via helicopter.
The quarantine zone will provide you the basic food and drink for daily basis, medical supplies and ICUs are available at the corresponding Capsule Hospital of each quarantine zone. Do not believe the rumors regarding shortages of medical supplies or Capsule Hospital riot. During your quarantine, you must not exit your designated area. Any attempt to exit the quarantine zone without official clearance will be immediately executed.

Overview

Quarantine is a Single Player Third/First Person Shooting Game. Setting in a Dystopian world, players need to find a way out the heavily guarded quarantine zone under the search of various enemies.

Unique Weapon System

Quarantine differs from the most of shooter games on its Weapon System. This game is not intent to give players a Hack and Slash experience, all weapons are simulated with realistic behaviors corresponding to their real-world inspirations. For example, to reload a weapon, you cannot do it by just hitting the reload button. Instead, you have to search through your inventory to find the right magazine for it, and don't forget to pull the handle! New players are suggested to pay a visit to the shooting range before jump into the story.

Map

Quarantine provides players an open map free for exploration. Manbutsu Mountain, also known as 万仏山, gets its name from the countless mysterious buddha sculptures that were excavated during the construction of the city. It is also known for its dense buildings, which is suitable for the quarantine usages. A total of 28 quarantine zones are constructed around a Capsule Hospital that was constructed in the center. Helicopters are transporting patients with positive PCR test result on a daily basis.

Enemies

Players will encounter different enemies during their gameplay, like the Sanitizer, who wears the protective suit and is responsible for maintain the discipline in the quarantine zone.
