Why Early Access?

“We intend to stay committed to our project, receiving feedback and suggestions from the community. You can leave feedback on our Steam discussion board and ask questions about our progress.

Our Goals Include:

Goals 1: We plan to add more content including new daily challenges to our application.
Goals 2: We plan to add more custom options, music selections and avatar selections.
Goals 3: We plan to add more voice additions and improved coaching.

We are a small team, husband and wife couple who decided to embark on the journey of developing self help applications for couples. Recently celebrating our 20 year anniversary, we hope to provide our experience and insight into our development and Early Access will allow us to focus in on this project as we push into full time development adding more tools, programs and features to Romance Coaching 101. Early Access will give us an opportunity to add new content over time.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We may have Romance Coaching 101 in Early Access for up to one 1 year but we expect at least 6 months. We want to add at least 2 tools and features but we may extend the time needed to add more content.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is expected to include more content for married couples such as daily challenges and session goals. We are currently working on 2 more additions and have several new features planned for the current versions such as community interaction and help.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of the Early Access version includes Daily Challenges, Coaching, Session Assessments and Merit Points/Badges.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No. We plan to keep the price the same. Early Access users will get access to all updates for the same price.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to hold discussions asking user questions and feedback. We will also engage the community directly with opportunities to participate in our own questions and round tables. *You can add your feedback and suggestions on our Steam discussions board.”

About This Game

Romance Coaching 101: Solo Edition is a "self help", relationship application for any married individual looking to stimulate love, affection, romance and intimacy in their relationship. Complete daily challenges, complete session evaluations and have a great time rating, reviewing and reflecting on your own progress. Simple, insightful, rewarding and fun, you will learn more about yourself, your spouse, your relationship while promoting real life results. *For any married individual, engaged or in a healthy long term relationship. No "mature" or "explicit" content. This requires one person alone to participate in the program. If you would like to work with your spouse as a team, look for the "Couple's Edition".

Purpose and Goals:

Expectations:

🏆 Romance Coaching 101 is a "self help" application, not a therapist.

🏆 Daily Challenge:

During the Daily Challenge you are given 3 goals to achieve each day. After the end of the day, you are given a quick assessment. You then review the results and end the day. Merit points are given to you based upon how well you achieved those goals. Merit Badges are also earned as you gain Merit Points. Results and progress are carried on to the next day and throughout the Session. Each Session, you are given 3 new goals to achieve daily for 4 Sessions in total. Each assessment and review only takes a few minutes each day and is very simple to complete but highly effective. All progress can be saved and Session Coaching can be accessed to provide further details about your Daily Challenges.

🏆 Session Assessment:

At the end of 3 days of each daily challenge, you will be given a Session Assessment. Each evaluation session is a few minutes. You respond to a series of phrases through several response options. Each private session can last 5-15 minutes. Once the assessment is completed, a new Session is started with new Daily Challenges and goals. Affirmation, bonus rewards and commitment goals are added to encourage your progress.

🏆 Time Involved:

Assessments are simple but can grant amazing insight for you to reflect upon. No 3rd party is ever needed.

🏆 Merits and Rewards:

Merit Badges are earned through progress. The assessment of your progress determines the points earned and the badges you receive. Self reflection and accountability automatically helps to keep your progress honest and fair without any 3rd party intervention.
