Why Early Access?

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“It is difficult to estimate a specific release date, but our goal is to provide you with the most entertaining gaming experience possible.
Thanks to you, we aim to release the early access within the next 12 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the final version of the game, we plan to add :

• A wide range of cosmetics
  
• More Villagers and Wizards
  
• Even more rewards to unlock
  
• New carefully designed game maps
  
• A specific skill system for the Villagers
  
• A ranked matchmaking system to play with players of your level

We will offer you all of this as we continue to develop the game, so don't hesitate to share your ideas with us - we will read all of your feedback!”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“In the Early Access version, you will find all the basic features of the game. Villagers and Wizards are already playable, and all basic mechanics are present. We aim to provide you with a high-quality experience with progressive content.
You have access to an initial version of matchmaking, private parties, in-game rewards to unlock by level, 6 villagers including 2 unlockables, 2 wizards with their unique abilities, including 1 unlockable.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The final price has not been defined yet, but it will most certainly increase at the time of the game's final release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Sorrowful Night, as an Early Access game, is designed around its community.
We intend to listen to each and every one of your voices to make it an exceptional game.

To that end, we have opened a Discord where you can share your ideas and suggestions for improving the game.
