About This Game

1999 - HAVENBROOK, UNITED STATES.

While investigating the disappearance of Isabelle Nox, journalist Janet Sheperd returns to Havenbrook, the town she once called home.

Hidden deep within the surrounding forest stands an abandoned institutional building, long sealed and officially erased from local records. Years ago, a reclusive cult occupied the structure, preaching that the forest could grant rebirth and absolution. Then, without warning, they vanished.

Janet enters the decaying complex to document what remains.

Inside, the world outside ceases to exist.

What she finds are fragments: old journals, distorted recordings, faded documents hinting at something the cult called "the return of the Savior." But as Janet explores the crumbling corridors, time begins to fracture. Rooms shift. Hallways repeat. Events loop. The deeper she goes, the more the building seems to remember.

And so does she.

The structure begins to mirror her past. Corridors become hallways from her childhood. Objects from her family home appear where they don't belong. The line between the investigation and something far more personal begins to blur.

To uncover what happened to Isabelle Nox, Janet must piece together the truth, not just about the cult, but about the night she lost her best friend. The night her mind chose to forget.

Some places are abandoned.

Others are waiting.
