Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We anticipate "A Twisted Path To Renown" will remain in Early Access for about 18 to 24 months. This timeline allows us the flexibility to add the needed changes, in connection with constant feedback and reports from our playerbase.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of "A Twisted Path To Renown" is set to enhance the Early Access groundwork. Also, we plan to add activities where as a player, you will be able to engage in more activities such as managing industries, hiring personnel, and trading across the dynamic map. The introduction of cooperative projects like railroad construction will foster community engagement, while a moral choice system will add complexity to player actions, challenging them to align with lawfulness or outlaw behavior.

In addition to these meta aspects, we're also planning to enrich the core shooter experience. More maps, weapons, and gameplay mechanics are on the horizon, each designed to offer even more variety.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version of "A Twisted Path To Renown" already delivers a comprehensive FPS experience, with all items, especially guns and ammunition, featuring realistic physics true to their 19th-century counterparts. Players can expect guns to behave, reload, and fire as authentically as they would have in that era, further contributing to the immersion. A key feature, The Auction, has also been implemented, opening the possibilities for trading.
Additionally, environmental details like fog and gunpowder smoke have distinct behaviors, enhancing the realism and tactical depth of combat scenarios. New content such as weapons, maps and other items is also planned.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the final version of the project will have a higher price compared to the Early Access, as we plan to ship lots of new content that will gradually make the game much bigger assembling more genres together.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community has been part of our journey to reflect on the valuable insights gained from the Closed Beta Test (CBT) in 2023. We plan to actively engage with our players through Steam communities and our Discord channel, leveraging these platforms to gather feedback, discuss gameplay improvements, and share updates.”
