About This Game

SCAN is a PvP game with a new set of rules. Victory is not achieved through being the last person alive. Instead, the goal is to secure objectives while trying to prevent others from doing the same. Over the course of a match, players are able to collect valuable information by scanning the map, which is temporary and extremely limited. Careful use of this mechanic is essential to winning the game.

A NEW WAY TO PLAY


  • There is no set match length. Several players may survive a match, but there can only be one winner.
  • The closer you are to winning a match, the bigger the target on your back will be.
  • There are plenty of opportunities to strategize. Use every tool at your disposal to overpower or outsmart your opponents.

GET DECKED OUT


  • Players have inventory space and 14 slots to equip weapons, armor, and other gear.
  • Equipment and weapon attachments offer stat bonuses to give you the edge in combat.
  • Search the map for equipment - or better yet, take it from the enemy's cold, dead hands.
  • There are hundreds of unique pieces of equipment...with much more to come.
  • A persistent inventory allows players to collect and store items for use in future matches.

LEAVE YOUR TENT AT HOME


  • A number of rules are in place to keep the action moving.
  • Camping for extended periods of time is not a winning strategy. The game will just go on without you.
