About This Game

A retro arcade space shooter brings about the new age of color and mayhem! 

Protect the Planetary Defense Shield (PDS) from the onslaught of the alien Klaxxack invasion. 
Kill enemies to generate points to power your PDS and your power ups! Decide second by second what needs more points, your offense or defense in this bullet tactical mayhem experience! 

Recharge, shoot, win!

• Defend the Planetary Defense Shield (PDS): Stop the enemies from crashing into the shield and save the planets! Or feel the screen shaking rumble with each failure! And if it hits zero.....

• Dual survival - one resource: Generate energy points by killing enemies and decide between charging the shield or screen clearing power ups. Both essential for survival! 

• Ship Armor: 6 New Armor Kits each with a new upgrade!

• Power-ups: 8 crazy power-ups to gather throughout the game! 

• PDS Defense Upgrades: Unlock defensive upgrades to the shield...but first discover the secrets to! 

• Enemies: 10 enemy types! Each with it's own battle patterns and attacks! 

• Bosses: 6 bosses to challenge your mastery of the mayhem! 

• Mayhem And Color Invasion: Your screen is filled with mayhem from the alien onslaught and soaked in gorgeous pixel colors that permeate through every action! 

• Tactile Feedback: Controller users have haptic feedback! Experience the rumble and shake of your failures! Wait....Don't be excited by that....feel BAD...really BAD...but also it's kinda fun right? Not like lives are on the line or anything...

Arcade Experience: Battle though the 50 color soaked mayhem levels relying on coins...(Remember quarters?) Start with 3 coins and challenge yourself to beat the game in one go! Don't worry, kill some obstacles to get more gold coins. Or don't...if you are that good of a Quaxum Knight! (The developer would like you to know, if you succeed in this 3 coin only endeavor, you are a god!)

Ranking System:

• 10 Ranks

• Ranks unlock the ship armors and new fancy rank insignia 

• Kill and gather your energy points to rank up! The more points, the more you grow in rank in the Space Corps. 

• Arcade: 50 levels of nonstop space shooting action. No breaks, just full throttle color soaking mayhem! Like the classic arcade experience, except it won't eat at your bank account when you die.  

• Future Mode: 50 levels with a save system. Come back anytime to take on the galaxy's problem, at your pace. A blast from the far future's capabilities where we can save 1 and 0s! Not just exploit them!

• Cosmic Mode: The rouge-like mode. 30 Randomly generated level runs. Play through the game with a stream of new levels that change every time! And maybe a new type of enemy and power-up.....you will have to see!

Like the good old SNES days, explore the game and discover different mechanics and secrets as you play! Or consult the included manual if you need to, play your way! 

The last Knight of the Qauxum Space Corps, is tasked with taking of the invading Klaxxack army. Using the state of art Planetary Defense Shield (PDS), the knight must deploy the shield to defend the planets and sectors of the galaxy under threat from the army. He travels the galaxy looking for the King of the Klaxxack army with intent to destroy him and end the onslaught to the galaxy. 

The last knight is the final hope for the galaxy as the Quaxum Space Corps has fallen into disarray from years of fending off the various threats that have plagued the Sunrix galaxy. Their Research & Development department has finally created the Planetary Defense Shield technology in the desperate need to defend the planet and galaxy but they only managed to create one prototype before the planet was destroyed by the Klaxxack army. 

The last knight is given the prototype and sets off to save what's left of the galaxy. This is where you, the player come in. Take on the role and defend the galaxy!

• Novella: A novella from the point of view of the Knight as he begins to learn of the the Klaxxack army and prepares to take them on, leading up to the game!
