«Shave & Stuff is fully playable from A -> Z. The game contains three levels, each with new and different mechanics: Barbershop, Tattoo Salon, and Creative Mode, each with a variety of sub-scenarios. Players also have the ability to interact with six different characters.

Current flow (for Barbershop and Tattoo Salon):

• Customer asks for the look they want
• Player tries to match the look
• Customer evaluates the result (0–3 stars)
