What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Keystone Library is a long-form project built around multiple illustrated “books,” each with its own chapters, art, mechanics, puzzles, and narrative. Early Access allows me to release the first playable content while continuing to expand the library with new books and features.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I expect Keystone Library to remain in Early Access until additional books and core features are complete.

There isn’t a fixed deadline, but the roadmap is active and development is ongoing. Major updates will continue throughout the year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will include multiple complete books, additional chapters, more illustrations, new mini-games, and expanded library features.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current build features a fully playable book with puzzles, typing-based gameplay, library exploration, and narrative progression.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. The Early Access price is lower and will increase as more books and content are added.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Feedback is welcome on Steam discussions. Suggestions, bug reports, and player impressions help shape upcoming updates and determine which features and books are prioritized next.”
