“Oathbreakers aims to stay in Early Access until the game is fully fleshed out and inline with the goal of creating a vast universe of challenges and progression.

As the core foundations of the game are already in place, expanding the world to this level and thus leaving Early Access will take roughly a year or so.

However, this will not be the end, as once Oathbreakers is officially released, it will continue to receive updates and grow.”
