“极具美术风格的游戏虽然仍处于一个较少的数量但随着时间的推移这样的游戏总归是会越来越多；而至于魂类游戏在《艾尔登法环》大获成功的今日此类游戏已经逐渐进入到了一个井喷的时期；故此，单独将二者任意一个拿出来都不足以成为本作吸引我的理由，而本作创新性的将这两项内容结合到一起，于是《末光》这款游戏诞生了出来，这样充满新意的游戏也十分令我好奇。——旧简”
