Concealment and Speed: It is said that the only way to spot the ELC EVEN 90 is to accidentally slam into it in your tank. Although it is just a joke, finding this French light tank on the battlefield is far from an easy task. It has the best camouflage values among its tier, and you can further increase them with crew skills and equipment, making the tank as close to a stealthy ninja as a 6.5-ton steel machine can be. Besides that, it is ludicrously small and has a top speed of 70 km/h, so trying to hit this tank while it’s on the move is just as hard as spotting it in the first place.

Firepower: Let’s just say that the ELC EVEN 90 was not designed to be a damage dealer. In fact, it has the lowest DPM among all Tier VIII light tanks, so you should stick to scouting and avoid getting into direct combat.
