FRICTION is a fast-paced third person team shooter that adds another dimension of gameplay, the Z axis. Wage war in community favorite game modes such as PUSH where attackers must escort the payload deep into the enemies line before the timer is out, or classic hits such as team deathmatch or CTF.

The year is 2288, the human race has consumed all of it’s resources and now seeks to expand beyond their home star system. A technology was created which allows interstellar travel once outside the home stars gravitational pull.

Several factions are now in a face to move the unique terraformer off world beyond the inner planets and moons. The humans and the synth AI’s (A combination of human biology and AI machines), both battle to be the first to escape the now barren solar system in search of a new beginning…

However this conflict has not gone unnoticed, a sentient robotic entity empowered with keeping the local star systems in a state of peace has been awakened and is determined to make sureneither waring faction is able to succeed in their quest to spread their clan to the stars.
