«序章反而是《怪异恐剧院》最精彩的地方，压抑的音乐和似有若无的恐怖氛围，让我想起了《魔女之家》和《尸体派对》等经典恐怖游戏。不过作为一款社保游戏，制作组也不想把玩家劝退，游戏主体内容还是解谜和追逐战，后面恐怖效果大打折扣。本作在剧情方面有杰出表现，3个结局都有续作的潜力，极端猎奇的play也能抓住一些小众XP爱好者的弟弟。包括但不限于断头、断肢、人体改造，不过对比其他猎奇游戏倒也算口味轻的。»
