What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I'm a solo developer and Early Access is the best way for me to build this game alongside the people who actually play it. The core game is complete and fully playable, all the main systems, the loop, the progression are in place, but a deckbuilder/roguelike lives or dies by the variety and depth of its content. That's where the community comes in.

Through Early Access I want to keep expanding the card pool, trinkets, enemies, and bosses based on real player feedback. What synergies are people discovering? Which builds feel weak? Which enemies are unfun and which ones too challenging? I want to listen, and iterate with players.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I plan for Early Access to last approximately 6 months, though this may be extended if community feedback points toward content or features that need more development time.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I plan to expand the full version in the following areas compared to Early Access:

More cards with new mechanics and deeper synergy potential between archetypes
Additional trinkets that open up new build paths and run strategies
More enemies and enemy variants to increase encounter variety
Additional bosses with unique mechanics
Balance refinements across all content based on player data and feedback
Quality of life improvements identified through community input

I also plan to explore additional features and content that the community suggests during Early Access. Final scope will be guided by what resonates most with players.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is a fully playable, feature-complete experience of the core game. All systems described in the "About This Game" section are implemented and functional, including the core gameplay loop, deckbuilding, run structure, current card pool, trinkets, enemies, and bosses.
The game can be played start to finish. What Early Access will add over time is more content (additional cards, characters, trinkets, enemies, and bosses) along with balance tuning and improvements based on community feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I plan to launch at a lower price during Early Access as a thank-you to players who join early and help shape the game. I plan to increase the price once the full 1.0 release comes out.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community will directly shape what content gets added during Early Access. Here's how:

Steam Community Hub & Forums: I'll be reading every thread and post, and engaging with discussions on balance, suggestions, and bug reports
Discord server: the main hub for real-time conversation, feedback, and feature suggestions. Players can suggest new cards, trinkets, enemies, and bosses directly, and discuss build ideas
Patch notes & devlogs: regular updates explaining what's changing and why, so players can see how their feedback is being applied
Community-driven content priorities: when deciding what to build next (new cards vs. new bosses vs. new mechanics), I'll factor in what the community is asking for most

As a solo dev I can move quickly on feedback, and players will see their suggestions reflected in updates throughout Early Access.”

About This Game

This game adds a twist to the Rogue-like Deck builder genre by separating the combat in two phases.

In the first phase you will load your revolver with the cards you want to use.

Then, the shooting begins, where you will "shoot" your cards one by one, while the enemy "shoots" back in-between.

Each game takes place in a new unique map where cards battles won't be the only way to progress and upgrade your deck.

You will find duels, where the faster shooter wins!

Saloons were you will find good deals on cards to add to your deck and have a drink to help you recover some health (don't drink too much or you will get dizzy).

And more...

Your goal is to beat the boss at the end of the level to go further into more complicated and fun encounters as your deck of cards evolves.
