„Hello Steam Community! City Rhapsody! is a new city-building game we've been working on since Nov. 2021. It is a traditional city-builder with real-time strategy mechanics. Players will use their creativity not only to build their dream city but also to solve the city's unique problems. We want to release it for Early Access and invite the community to help us make it an exciting, fun, and challenging game.”

Aproximativ cât timp se va afla acest joc în Acces Timpuriu?

„Although we've tentatively planned for early access to last for 1 to 1.5 years. Our main goal during early access is to define City Rhapsody! as a simple, fun, and one-of-a-kind city-building game. As such, we may extend early access beyond 1.5 years as needed.”

Ce diferențe vor fi între versiunea completă, finală și cea aflată în Acces Timpuriu?

„We plan to add more gameplay mechanics and content as the development progresses, with more exciting interactions between the different systems to provide more unique challenges. Some of them we planned for are: Larger buildings, more utilities, and more unique city services to manage. Some longer-termed features include public transit system, better analytics tools, and modding support.”

Care este starea actuală a versiunii aflate în Acces Timpuriu?

„The core gameplay loop of construction, citizen AI, RTS unit control, and event mechanics are present. There are also basic UI and player support systems including saving and loading games, tips and notifications, data visualization, etc.
It is important to note that:

• Existing features may be removed! As more features are added, we may remove or temporarily disable previously available features to provide a more balanced, polished game.
  
• Game saves may break (we will do our best to keep your saved city loading!) as we progress through early access.
  
• Performance may be bad as we plan to focus our primary efforts on developing balancing gameplay during the early access period. We'll address performance issues as they arise depending on priority.
  
• We aim for City Rhapsody! to be exciting and sophisticated to keep players engaged for hours and hours. As such, many systems have complex interactions and may make the game too hard or too easy. Let us know what you think with our in-app feedback tool or Discord and we expect to adjust this constantly throughout early access.

„Yes, we plan to raise the price as new content and mechanics are developed for the game.”

Cum dorești să implici comunitatea în procesul tău de dezvoltare?

„We plan to publish frequent development updates. Also, we've added an in-game feedback system to allow the player to submit bug reports and feedback directly from City Rhapsody! Based on feedback, we plan to iterate quickly with regular monthly releases and various patch/bug-fix releases.”
