“We are a small group of developers passionate about building a world rich with story, art, and interactivity. Somewhere you can hang out with your friends and go on adventures. With this vision comes the tireless workload of bringing it to life. We've spent months building a strong skeleton; a fully functional multiplayer game with customizable characters, shareable paint mode, and a house to hang out in. But if you take a step out into the foggy hills you'll realize just how much space there is to build. With every update we plan to expand the scope of the game, filling it with more artistic creations from Steven Rea, navigatable structures with hidden secrets, side quests, caves... perhaps even vehicles! Before we start rolling all of that out, we'd like to spread the word about our game and expand our team of builders. What better way to do that than releasing it to the world, free to play?”

“We plan to be in the early access phase until early 2023.”

“Once we have built and refined the genesis world (level 1) to its maximum potential, we will exit the early access phase and officially release version one. We are planning a plethora of new, explorable realms, connected to the origin world via a portal system. Each with new characters, storylines, quests, and customizations to be discovered. We hope to have worked with both our clients & community to establish a library of public, large-scale servers by this point. The idea behind this is to expand the server sizes as big as possible without overloading casual hosts. In addition, they will help create a record of permanence for certain actions in-game.”

Bagaimanakah keadaan semasa versi Akses Awal?

“We have built a strong foundation for this game. A large scale, fully explorable environment which already has built-in missions/secrets/character customizations, & a root motion animation system that is fully controller compatible. Being the small team we are, it has taken a considerable amount of time to build the number of 3D assets that we want to represent the first world. But during the process of peer review, we began to discover that we have a product that people already enjoy, regardless of environment scale. For that reason, we want to put this out for free in early access to encourage feedback, reports on unique bugs, and even update requests.

*There are minor bugs still being discovered with certain UI and replicated character movement. As is to be expected with a game of this scale/complexity.”

Adakah harga permainan ini berbeza semasa dan selepas Akses Awal?

“We will keep BRAiN VOMiTS GARDEN free to play always. Once early access is complete we plan to start charging for large DLC updates (realm portals) and certain player customization packs, but the base game will remain free.”

“We plan to actively engage with our community on social media (Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, etc) to hear what they think of the game and how we can make it better. Additionally, we will launch a bug report and update request forum on our website.”
