An epic Japanese tale awaits!

Follow a frog and masterless Samurai -or Ronin- along his journey through a colorful yet dark japanned-themed miniature world. Throughout an ancient samurai's abandoned garden, lush forests, or deep mysterious caves, our Ronin will encounter a whole collection of characters, each more colorful than the last!

Soul of Kaeru is a 3D Metroidvania-inspired VR game that mixes realms: reality versus dreams, surface versus underground. All wrapped up in a cryptic yet comedic tale.

Game Features

• An epic story where reality is not what it seems... Help your hero unravel what lies deep in his own mind before vanquishing evil!

• Explore a vast and colorful yet dark semi-open world filled with creatures of all sorts, from the small critter to the giant fantastical beasts. Progress through a miniature interpretation of a feudal Japan filled with luscious backgrounds and interconnected caves.

• Find a wide range of embryos that will grant you powerful new skills and abilities to fight foes, reach new areas, and progress through your adventure.

• Experiment with VR interactions through first-person cameras during puzzle moments and control your hero in third-person. Put aside your motion sickness as most of the game plays with fixed cameras. Just sick back, relax but fight!
