Why Early Access?

“The game is still in development, there are many things I'd like to add, and it's not a complete game. I'd like to add a progression system, an online multiplayer, some character customization, a scoring system based on the players creativity, a set of various environments and maps, I also have a lot of mocap tricks to add to the game thanks to the amazing work of the community. It's still an Alpha version for now, but the game is the first of it's kind so I plan to keep on working to build the game I and the whole tricking/flipping community dreamed of. This early access phase is team effort, the discord server allows everyone to give me feedbacks, ideas, and even help me build the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Roughly by March 2023 the game should be ready to go out of early access, I'd say I would need a full year to implement all the features I want for my game. I work on my own as a hobby so implementing all the amazing features the game deserves may take a while, but I have been frequently (3 times a month) releasing small updates on the past 3 months with new tricks and features little by little, and I plan to keep on working at the same pace.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Final version can be huge, this is my dream and what I'm aiming for, with online multiplayer, a progression system, a scoring system based on the players creativity, full range of tricks and variations, character customization, trick style customization, a career mode following the life of a young tricker, various tricking environment, grass, sand, famous gym and spots ...”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is in Alpha, the main focus is on the toy, the base gameplay is very deep and juicy, there are 3 game modes, a free mode, a game of trick and a game of add on allowing to challenge ourselves against friends (locally) or bots.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Probably not, the game will stay free as long as I'm the only guy working on it as a hobby. If I decide at some point to go full time, or to gather a team, it will probably have the price it deserves.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community is the strength of this project, and the help is amazing. There are many channels on my discord channel where the community can cheer and support, give feedback, report bugs, suggest features, ideas, and new tricks, and offer some help on each ones specific set of skills. I encourage you to visit the discord, this and sharing the game to your friends are the too best ways to help me build something big and beautiful !”

About This Game

Welcome to Tricking 0 Alpha the first Tricking Videogame. Tricking is a sport that combines kicks with flips and twists from martial arts, gymnastics as well as many dance moves and styles from breakdancing. If you like martial arts, gymnastics, tumbling, parkour, free running, or movement and acrobatics in general, you will probably love the game. With a flick-it gameplay allowing you to perform hundreds of tricks, and combine them how ever you want, the possibilities are endless !!


Use the Flick-it gameplay to Flip, Twist and Kick and Combine 100+ Tricks to express your own creativity.
You can aim for pure tricking style combos

Or combos inspired by gymnastics and tumbling


The game is challenging but if you fail you will be rewarded by nasty and goofy bails thanks to the Ragdoll physics !!!


The replay feature allows you to watch your best combos over and over


The game contains a Free Mode, allowing you to practice your tricks and combos, and 2 multiplayer modes for you to challenge yourself and your friends on a local multiplayer, or against bots.
You can also use your kicks to destroy your friends and make them fail their combos !!!

The game is made and designed for gamepad, but you can fully enjoy the game with mouse and keyboard !!!

Tricking 0 is still in development. This Alpha version will help me gather your feedbacks so feel free to join our Discord Server and send me your questions, impressions and ideas. This also mean that the are frequent updates with the addition of new tricks and animations, new gamemodes and features, and I try to be as much reactive as possible on discord and to the needs of the community. The road is long to reach the level this game deserves, so I invite you to hop in for this amazing journey I started 3 years ago, try the game, enjoy the game, and tell me what you think to help us make something big !!!
