Miksi Early Access?

Walk of Life is the successor to No Time to Relax, our life simulator game that developed a strong and active community of players that loved the hilarious yet anxiety inducing gameplay. Following up on such a popular title is no small feat, and we want to make sure we're doing everything right.

Feedback from our players is very important to us, and we want to involve our community as much as possible in the development process to make sure that we're releasing the best game possible. We believe Early Access is the best way to do so and are excited to tackle important aspects of the game, such as balance and game feel, with help from our players.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We estimate Walk of Life will be in Early Access for six to twelve months, but that’s subject to change. We’ll decide on when the game feels ready for launch in accordance with feedback from our community.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The Early Access version has the core features of the game, while the full version of the game is planned to have additional game modes and, based on player feedback, we might introduce additional content. We plan additional polishing, balancing and bug fixing during the Early Access Period.

The Early Access version contains all of the core features of the game while we aim to use the Early Access period to experiment with game modes and build on player feedback to expand on the game. We plan to update the game during the Early Access period to iterate and improve on features based on feedback from our community.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

We currently have no plans on changing the pricing of our game from Early Access to release.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

We plan to closely monitor our community feedback via outlets such as Steam reviews, social media, Discord and Reddit, and take comment and criticism into account when developing our game. We aim to be transparent in our development process and allow players to observe our progress in our devblog and other social media outlets.
