Please read this EULA carefully, as it sets out the basis on which we license our Games for use. This EULA should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

Some video games may feature light patterns or flashing effects that can trigger epileptic seizures or blackouts in a small number of individuals. If you have an epileptic condition, consult a medical professional before playing. If you experience dizziness, vision changes, disorientation, seizures, or involuntary movements while playing, stop immediately and seek medical advice.

• “Distribution Platform”: Any digital platform where you lawfully acquired the Games (Walk of Life or No Time to Relax).
  
• “Distribution Platform Terms”: The terms and conditions of the Distribution Platform.
  
• “Documentation”: Any manuals, guides, or documentation provided with the Games.
  
• “Effective Date”: The date you accept this EULA.
  
• “EULA”: This End User Licence Agreement, as amended from time to time.
  
• “Force Majeure Event”: Events beyond reasonable control (e.g., internet failure, hacker attacks, power outages, disasters, epidemics, terrorist attacks, wars).
  
• “Game”: Walk of Life and No Time to Relax, including patches, updates, DLC, and future in-house Porcelain Fortress games/IPs.
  
• “Intellectual Property Rights”: All worldwide IP rights (copyright, trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets, etc.).
  
• “Licensor”: Porcelain Fortress ehf., Eiðistorgi 13-15, Iceland.
  
• “Permitted Hardware”: Any personal computer or console owned and controlled by you that meets the minimum requirements published by us.
  
• “User”: The person granted the licence under this EULA.

This EULA begins on the Effective Date and continues indefinitely unless terminated under Clause 10.

Your right to install and use the Game is subject to the licence rules of the Distribution Platform from which you lawfully acquired it (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, App Store, Google Play).

• In addition to those platform rules, the following conditions apply:
  
• You may install and use the Game on Permitted Hardware.
  
• You may view and use the accompanying Documentation.
  
• You may create and store up to 5 backup copies for private, non-commercial use.
  
• You may allow family and friends to use your installation, provided they also comply with this EULA and the Distribution Platform Terms.

You must not, except where explicitly permitted by applicable law or the Distribution Platform’s licence rules:

• Sell, rent, lease, or redistribute the Game.
  
• Make the Game available for download or access by others outside your household.
  
• Use the Game for commercial purposes (e.g., cafés, arcades, tournaments without prior written consent).
  
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Game.
  
• Circumvent or disable security measures.
  
• Use the Game in violation of applicable laws.
  
• Some installations may require an activation key. You are responsible for storing it securely.

Where applicable, Distribution Platform Terms also apply. If this EULA conflicts with those Terms, the stricter provision will apply.
We are not responsible for actions, omissions, or damages caused by the Distribution Platform provider.

All intellectual property rights in our Games and Documentation remain with Porcelain Fortress and our licensors.

These titles are original digital products owned and published exclusively by Porcelain Fortress. This EULA does not transfer ownership of any rights to you.

Porcelain Fortress may collect and process certain information when you use our Games, including:

• Technical and performance data.
  
• Diagnostic information.
  
• Anonymous analytics data to improve gameplay, balance, and overall quality. This applies to all current and future Porcelain Fortress games and IPs.
  
• No personally identifiable data is collected without your explicit consent.

If use of the Game infringes third-party IP, we may (at our expense):
Modify the Game to resolve the issue, or
Obtain rights for you to continue use.

You warrant that you have the legal right to enter into this EULA.
No additional warranties apply beyond those stated here.

Games require suitable hardware/software. Requirements may change with updates.

Software is complex and may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. We cannot guarantee the Game will be error-free or completely secure.

Nothing in this EULA limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for business losses, data corruption, indirect, or consequential damages.

Our total liability under this EULA shall not exceed €50 (or equivalent local currency).

This EULA terminates immediately if you breach it. Upon termination:
You must stop using the Game.

You must delete or destroy all copies within 2 days.

Certain provisions (e.g., IP rights, liability, data clauses) survive termination.

Waivers must be in writing.

If part of this EULA is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

We may update this EULA with 30 days’ notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We may assign our rights/obligations to a successor or third party.

This EULA is the entire agreement between you and Porcelain Fortress.
