“The base gameplay is in a pretty good state already. but it could use some enemy and weapon variety. There are two major systems that aren't yet in the game – Randomized Power-Ups ("3 buffs, pick one, or maybe reroll"), and Crafting (which would let you modify stats and effects on items you found). Another big task is Bosses – we want to avoid bullet sponges and we'd like to allow players to use their entire arsenal (including abilities for enemy self-damage) to defeat them.”

Combat Complex is an endlessly replayable twin-stick action RPG with procedurally-generated loot and levels. Face hordes of enemies, wield legendary weapons and powerful abilities that let you turn your enemies' attacks against them. Try the free demo!

No level is the same – levels are generated procedurally to keep the challenge fresh.
