“It's hard to say, but it's likely longer than UnderMine, which was a year. We have so much ambition for this game, and we probably have one to two years of ideas we'd like to implement before 1.0, which also won't be the end of continued support.”

“UnderMine 2 already has roughly the same amount of content as UnderMine. We plan to add more features, modes, zones, stories, enemies, items, and other content. We have already prepared the game to easily expand in these areas.”

“UnderMine 2 releases into Early Access in a highly polished and content-rich state. We have done our best to eliminate all crashes and as many bugs as possible, although part of the EA process is to find more elusive issues, so there is always some instability.

UM2, on EA release, includes co-op play and mod support and has about the same level of content in the form of zones, items, enemies, characters, and story as UnderMine. We estimate that players who plan to unlock everything in the initial EA release will have 30-50 hours of playtime. ”

“Yes. The price of UnderMine 2 will increase when it exits Early Access.”

“The Community is critical to the EA process. We take player feedback into account for all of our additions and changes. Seeing how players engage with our game guides what we add, how we balance, and inspires us with ideas we wouldn't have had otherwise. Players can communicate with us in various ways: Discord, Steam Discussion Boards, Social Media, or regular, old email. ”
