“While the core mechanics of Fittest are in place and working as intended, we still have a lot of room to improve, expand, and evolve based on your feedback. Early access also allows us to release our game with incremental updates that are player feedback driven as well as give us an avenue to communicate with our player base directly in a common environment everyone is comfortable with.”

“We plan on leaving Fittest in Early Access no more than 2 years, with the understanding that we may extend or shorten that timeframe given our progress and community support. We do not intend for Fittest to remain in early access for an extended period of time. Instead we want to use Early Access for what it was meant for while continuously improving and pushing towards a full release with quarterly updates.”

We also plan to have rent-able servers available for tournaments, clan-play, and potentially e-sports in the fully released version of the game.”

Fittest is a hardcore online raid-based Semi-Realistic Military Simulation First-Person Shooter set in a world in the near-future where a world war left the world in complete chaos and anarchy.

After joining a faction, or choosing to go factionless for an extremely hard-core challenge, you are tasked with entering Sunshine Estates to obtain the necessary supplies you need to stay alive via killing, stealing, cheating, or crafting. Discover concealed locations, find that perfect angle, or sneak around in the shadows to stay alive. If you die, you lose everything!

  • Maintain your characters hydration, energy, exhaustion, bleeding, breaks, fractures, contusions, tremors, and yes, intoxication.
  • Real-life ballistics and projective hit physics based on caliber, rifle, distance, and bullet drag.
  • Maintain your weapons to prevent jamming and other malfunctions.
  • Customize over 20 real-world weapons with lights, lasers, night vision, scopes, handles, and more.
  • Use your environment to gain situational superiority to win any engagement.
  • Stay alive by administering the proper medication including bandages, stims, pain killers, and more at the right time.
  • Earn experience to level-up in over 100 categories as well as with your faction, and even enemy factions, to gain access to additional benefits.
  • Cooperate with the enemy to earn faction experience, or shoot on-site. The choice is yours.
  • VoIP that allows for real-time communication with your friends and enemies alike.
  • Drop into a raid at any time, stay as long as you like, and extract with whatever you can. Need to secure a precious item, but not ready to leave? Drop the item off with your faction and let them extract it for you while you remain in-raid to continue looting and pillaging.

Canon

The worlds major powers clash in an all out, non-nuclear, world war that has left the majority of the civilized world in complete chaos and anarchy. The worlds economy has turned into a bartering system with money having little or no value. As the governments of the world collapsed so too did the supply and logistics networks that delivered food, medicine, and other daily luxuries. The times of walking to the local grocery store to pick up a gallon of milk are over.

The vast majority of the worlds population is dying of starvation, plague, and violence due to limited supplies and a crippled world economy. People no longer work together to better society, instead focusing internally on themselves, their families, and their own survival.

The Survivors band together to form small, tight knit, communities that pool resources, provide protection to one another, and share labor. Other groups like the Scroungers, Hunters, and Collectors choose to loot, pillage, or take whatever they need or want. The few Governments of the world that managed to hold together attempt to restore order by offering shelter and protection to those willing to follow the rules.

Regardless of the path you choose, you will need to be the fittest to survive!
