Medieval Battlegrounds

Set in medieval times, you must vanquish your foes! Fight again players in 6-man teams or join together and fight hordes of AI enemies. Battle with swords, axes, bows, and magic. Teams are formed in-game, so play with your friends, or against them! Team up and take down enemies and friends alike!

Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« For now, we are in early access to get feedback on current game features and gameplay so that we can better build the game the community wants. We have implemented many features into the game, but we have many more in development. We are working on more weapons and better fighting mechanics for future releases. »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« We plan to be in early access for less a year. That timetable may shift a bit as feedback from players comes in and we gauge the scale and time requirements for the changes and updates asked for. Thank you for supporting us and helping us make a game we can all enjoy! »

« Here are some things planned for the full release: More weapons, better mechanics, Steam achievements, perks, and a store for player skins. We are, of course, always trying to spruce up the visuals and sounds in the game, as well as better optimization of the game for performance on all computers. Exact features will change during development, based on reviews and feedback from the community. »

« The early access game is fully functional! We have dozens of weapons, unlimited teams, and up to 60 players per game. Rounds can be completed, start to finish, and then restarted for endless fun! Players can loot and explore, fight, die, and revive. The game may still have some bugs, but we are doing our best to fix them as quickly as possible so the community can enjoy this game to the fullest. »

Le prix du jeu sera-t-il différent pendant et après l'accès anticipé ?

« We are not planning on increasing our price upon the full release of the game. »

Comment comptez-vous impliquer la communauté dans le processus de développement ?

« Community-based feedback is very important to a game. As a developer, you start a project with a certain image in mind. Along the way, that image shifts and changes through development. Once players are introduced to the game, we will take into account the responses of the community. We will try to implement requested features and make changes based on popular requests. The community can also help us find and report bugs found during gameplay. Medieval Battlegrounds is a roguelike first-person action game set in a medieval world. The game features 2 private game modes for you and your STEAM friends to play: Team Deathmatch and Castle Defense. In Team Deathmatch, battle in teams of up to 6 players with 60 max players. Fight with sword and shield, bow and arrow, magic books and cannons! Fight friends and enemies alike, as teams are formed in-game. Pick the same team or a different team than your friends, and battle away to see who truly is the last man standing! In Castle Defense mode, play a solo match or in teams. All players fight together to defend the castle and town from waves of AI enemies. Stop the legions from destroying the crystal conductors that channel magic for the town.

Explore the castle, loot randomly generated weapons, and see if you have what it takes to claim victory for you and your team!

*All game modes are "private", hosted locally by you or a friend. Friends can then join and invite other friends to the game, up to 60 players! There is no public matchmaking system at this time.
