Why Early Access?

“Spiritfall has benefited greatly from feedback and support from our community. We believe that getting players involved early during development is key to a game like this, it helps us shape it in the best possible way in the limited time we have. Releasing in Early Access will allow us to expand the game even further before the official release while making sure that we receive crucial feedback before the 1.0 Launch.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“There is no definitive answer, but our approximation is between 4-8 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will have more of everything: regions, enemies, abilities, etc. All of these will be introduced gradually during the Early Access phase. The final region will be reserved for the official release, as well as full localization for as many languages as we can.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version has 3/5 Regions, 6/7 Divine Spirits 3/? Weapons and most of the core systems. Some features and systems are planned as future updates during the Early Access phase. Note that this is not a complete game - there will be some bugs, incomplete content etc. However, we believe that the core experience is complete and fun enough for players to start giving their feedback and enjoy Spiritfall as it stands.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to slightly increase the price of the game near the end of Early Access. Buy early to support us and save some money.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are constantly reading and considering the feedback we receive from players, which has already improved Spiritfall by a substantial margin.
During the last year, we ran 3 Betas that helped us shape the game and improve it, we couldn't have made it this far without the community's support.
The best place to leave feedback and suggestions is over at our Discord Server, where we are most active. There is also an in-game form where you can send us feedback directly.”
