“ゆずソフト「喫茶ステラと死神の蝶」事故で命を落とした主人公だったが目覚めると事故当日に戻っていた。再び事故が訪れる瞬間、死神と喋る猫が現れ死を回避する方法として喫茶店をオープンさせることを告げられる。
全年齢版と記載した通りR18要素はもちろん、一部パンチラも規制。R18部分も全体CGの半分を占めるのでシナリオ自体半減。Nekonyan公式サイトでR18化パッチがあるが日本IPからはアクセス規制”
