Why Early Access?

“As part of Crystarise's game design, we believe it is essential to achieve the right amount of content and balance for long-term play to provide a better game experience.

Through early access, we aim to refine and adjust the game experience with the feedback we receive from our players
testing new content and features, and balance adjustments.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We have laid out a roadmap of about a year or so, but it could always go back and forth depending on player feedback, bug fixes, or suggestions. Our top priority is to create a better game experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version allows players to explore about half of the total content.
We believe that we have included enough level design and content from the beginning to the middle of the game to give you a feel for the Crystarise gaming experience.

Throughout Early Access, we will be making adjustments to features and content and enhancements to the gaming experience, including
New biomes, monsters, and bosses
Additional story elements emphasizing the mysteries of the world as well as new endings.
New island architecture and associated features
New player actions
New player character hairstyles and costumes
Multiplayer expansion

In addition to the above, we will continue to add content, make improvements, and adjust the balance of the game based on player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“We do plan to implement features and content on a regular basis,
The current Early Access version incorporates enough content and level design to guarantee an early to mid-game adventure.

Specifically, the following have been implemented
A vast map with more than 5 biomes and various dungeons
A variety of monsters and five bosses
A large number of player actions and skills to enhance the player's experience.
Over 150 different island buildings for expansion.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We believe that the game content will eventually be enhanced and the quantity of material will increase,
We believe that the price may increase during the transition to the official release. We ask for your patience.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are considering a forum on Steam, a social networking site, and a dedicated Discord channel.
During the early access period, we will listen to your feedback and use it to fix bugs, adjust content and balance, and develop new features.”
