„We've been working on Colossus: Eternal Blight for several years, developing the core systems and laying the foundation for the game. As we're building a story-driven action-RPG, we have many planned features and future story content to we aim to include, as well as class variety and build customization. As such, enabling our community to test, and provide feedback on our content and balancing is crucial. This, alongside being a small indie team, is why we feel Early Access is a great way for us to expand upon the game, whilst players/our community can get their hands-on available content as its released and help shape future development! If you decide to participate in Early Access, we'd love to hear your feedback and ideas in the Steam Forums or in our Community Discord.”

„We want to provide the best experience possible with Colossus, and aim to release the final version in its best state. As such, we expect Early Access to continue until around the end of 2027. This gives us time to develop features, whilst also letting our community play and provide feedback for us to incorporate.”

„With Early Access, we aim to gradually introduce the main story, alongside various side quests/content (including new dungeons and Purification Quests!) As Early Access progresses, we aim to include more content and gradually expand upon the story as well. Our aim is to try to have saves made during Early Access to carry through with future updates.

We estimate the final game to have around 15-20 hours of content (which may be greater if players choose to engage with side content).”

Jaki jest obecny stan wersji z wczesnego dostępu?

„The initial Early Access release features the Prologue, and the early story chapter proceeding the Prologue. This gives players access to our first playable class, with two tiers of unlock-able skills (which can be upgraded). There are also optional side quests, as well as our first 'Purification Quest', which tasks players with saving an NPC from their Blight. There is also a mini 'roguelite dungeon' section toward the end of the current story content - with 10 tiers of increasing difficulty. This offers more replay-ability for those looking to get more, as well as offering a challenge! We will be providing a roadmap soon, so you can see when we aim to release major patches and story beats.”

Czy cena gry ulegnie zmianie podczas i po wczesnym dostępie?

„We plan to increase the price of the game at full launch, upon leaving Early Access, to reflect the available content.”

„After our successful Kickstarter campaign, various playtests and our Demo release - we are thrilled to have such an incredible and supportive community. We often host events, particularly on Discord to involve our Community. We also have dedicated channels for feedback, bugs and content ideas. Our community has already greatly helped us improve and polish the game so far, and we welcome any ideas/features suggested, provided it's feasible!”
