How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to offer more short stories for the final full version, as well as improved game systems and a better gaming experience.
The full version of the game is planned to provide a character appearance replacement system, as well as a new SAN value system.
The full version of the game is planned with additional DLC expansion packs and more of lovecraft's original Cthulhu story, which I hope will be an amazing experience for everyone when the game is finished.”
